Born and bred in Bangkok, Thailand, Sabina Ahuja, Holistic Therapy Specialist and Experienced Energy Teacher dedicated 8 years of her life to educate and empower thousands of people from all around the world to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling lifestyle.   She is the owner of a holistic health & wellness company called ‘Journey to Love,’ her classes and workshops have been dubbed as being the most soulful in Bangkok as she applies positive, empowering words, utilizing your 5 senses to create a sensory experience that uplifts people even on their most stressful day.   Sabina hosted a luxurious 5 Senses Wellness Retreat in Bali before, inspired to recreate that experience for people to feel nurtured, renewed and relaxed, she is bringing this element to Sindhorn Kempinski.   Professionally trained in the arts & science of energy healing which helps people to bring balance back to their body and mind, boost positive hormones, release stress and negative emotions, and feel better overall. She applies this science into her one-on-one session, group classes, workshops to help her clients get the results that they need. You can expect to get these benefits from the staycation.   Sabina is deeply passionate about holistic therapy as she too suffered from stress in her own life and found that meditation, applying energy healing, yoga and living a more mindful lifestyle supported her to be in a happier state of mind and have better relationships.   As we move towards a more digitalized world, she is even more committed to this work as she sees the trend of people needing holistic wellness and mindful lifestyle. Inspired by her past work as a wedding planner at Trisara, she currently runs retreats around Thailand and hold space for people to de-stress, be connected with nature, positive vibe and feel happier again.   At Sindhorn Kempinski, Sabina will bring the essence of the sensory experience to share with the guests to ensure that they feel relaxed, loved and happier through meditation, yoga and other special activities.
