Aldina Duarte-Ramos
Her professional career began in the United States, where she worked in the heavy industry. On her return to France, she started in the fashion sector in sales and export. Her next experience was with the Bristol Paris hotel where she discovered the life of a Parisian palace. She integrated the well-being and lifestyle dimension, and started working with Anne Sémonin (cosmetics brand), who hired her as sales director and entrusted her with the launch of the first flagship store in Bangkok.
In 2004, Aldina settled down at Accor in order to set up the very first Spa strategy and orchestrate its deployment, which was at the time targeted at resorts. Subsequently, she was in charge of repositioning the SOFITEL brand, adding a new holistic dimension to it and signing it "la beauté à la française”, adding the famous French Touch to the world of skincare and sport. Aldina then expanded the well-being dimension across Accor’s brand portfolio on an international scale thanks to a clear strategy based on 4 essential pillars [SLEEP – NUTRITION- SPORT -CARE] and thanks to a synergy of talents both in the regions and at the head offices.
Aldina has the personal mission of democratizing wellness. She is France Ambassador for Global Wellness Day as well as Ambassador of the Bleu-Blanc-Cœur Association, she is also a Yin Yoga & Face Yoga teatcher as well as a coach on Nutrition and Positive Psychology.
