With 22 years of progressive experience in the Luxury Hospitality and Spa industry within Qatar. I have managed a world-class associates in new and existing properties. What fascinates me by leading the department teams is inspiring my teams and colleagues, sharing my knowledge with others, reaching goals, and creating memorable and unique experiences for my associates and guests. I am also an EMEA Spa Advisory Board Member and the Head of Marriott Junior Business Council Qatar. JBC is the group who run International fitness activities, CSR actives such as blood donation, beach cleaning, food and clothes donation and etc. for guests and associates. I have been selected as best 5 Spa leaders in 2022 by world Spa and wellness awards. 2019 I was awarded the JW Marriott excellence award by Marriott international. I am also a certified lifesaving coach and providing training to Marriott properties here in Qatar. I have lurched Open water learning experience for Kids and Adults to reduce drowning Qatar . My passion in life is to help people and the environment as much as I can so that our mother earth will be safe for the next and new generations. My father always saying that “impossible is nothing”.
