Having suffered from depression since the age of 14, Paul is a dedicated, trained cook with a cosmetic bag full of life experience within the health and beauty industry. Previous incarnations include award winning advertising creative and a number crunching trainee accountant. Paul and his wife possess a Guinness World Record for the ‘World’s Longest Hug’, established 14th February 2008.
