Verena Lasvigne

With 20 years of progressive experience in the Luxury Hospitality and Spa industry in multiple destinations, countries, and continents, Verena has managed world-class Spa teams in new and existing Spas. What fascinates her the most in leading Spas is inspiring her teams and colleagues, sharing her knowledge with others, reaching goals, and creating memorable and unique experiences for her teams and her guests. Many Spas under her leadership received international recognition through awards, including the esteemed Forbes Five-Star rating. When Verena Lasvigne-Fox embarked on her global hospitality career, she had a feeling it would take her to places most people could only dream about, including Paris, Marrakech, real-life paradise in the Seychelles and to the birthplace of American history, Philadelphia. Hailing from Germany, Verena has achieved much in her career, now holding the position of Senior Director of Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center. During tenure with Four Seasons, she has enjoyed much success with the Spas she led, including Best Spa in Europe by Travel and Leisure and becoming Philadelphia's only Forbes Five-Star Spa. Verena believes the spa experience should reflect that of the whole Hotel to create an enhanced experience for each guest. “It is so important to maintain the connection to the property, rather than isolate the spa experience.”
