Vikki has over 25 years experience in executive hotel management support services particularly resort, wellness and spa operations including consultancy work and owners’ representation in different countries worldwide. Her various roles covered 18 pre-openings, 5 renovations and 4 takeovers, both on land and at sea. She has an extensive knowledge in new business generation, revenue growth, legendary quality standards, unique branding, training, strategic development, sales and marketing of luxury international hotel spas and premium image wellness facilities. She has received accolades with Asia Spa Magazine, Conde Naste and SpaFinder for spa operations. She is also a Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Ambassador for the Philippines for the Global Wellness Day, an annual worldwide movement and advocacy to better living.
